Svrha projekta je da Multiplex city - Otoka Meander bude na usluzi svim građanima naše metropole, kao i brojnim turistima koji posjećuju glavni grad Bosne i Hercegovine, zemlje koja u što skorijem roku, shodno svojim kapacitetima, u svim segmentima nastoji postati dio moderne i ujedinjenje Evrope.

Društveni ciljevi:
- Otvaranje radnih mjesta i prilika za zaposlenje
- Izgradnja „state of the art“ objekta koji će sadržavati poslovne prostore, hotel, trgovački centar i podzemnu garažu
- Poboljšanje turističkog potencijala i sveukupnog razvoja olimpijskog grada Sarajeva

Investitor Meander Invest d.o.o. Sarajevo učestvuje sa 49 posto potrebnih finansijskih ulaganja, dok će strateški partner osigurati 51 posto temeljem joint venture ugovora. Projekt je također otvoren i za druge oblike partnerstva.
Multiplex City – Otoka Meander uključuje:
25.000 metara kvadratnih podzemnih garaža na dva sprata
8.800 metara kvadratnih prizemlja
10.000 metara kvadratnih po spratu (tri sprata)
10.000 metara kvadratnih hotela
